I'm Suzie – your career-move coach, job search partner and expert CV & LinkedIn profile writer. I help ambitious leaders like you secure interviews, land roles they love and build careers that align with the life they want to live.

I'm also a mum (two children and one cat), wife, sister, daughter, friend and colleague; which is important because we are all more than our job titles.

I remember that Sunday night dread: the frustration of knowing you have so much to offer, yet struggling to get noticed. The endless applications with no response. The fear of selling yourself. The self-doubt creeping in.

I get it because I’ve been there.

After 14 years in one company, I hit my own career crossroads. When I decided to make a change, I faced the same struggles you might be experiencing now: my CV alone wasn’t opening doors.

Through trial, lots of error and even more late nights, I developed a strategy that changed everything - a powerful method that combines clarity in what you offer, confidence in how you communicate it and taking back control to make it happen. It landed me a life-changing role and four years later, I left it to help others do the same.

Since 2020, I’ve helped over 350 professionals find focus and secure opportunities with top-tier companies like Nike, Harrods, Dyson, Thomson Reuters, GCHQ, Heineken, the BBC and several Civil Service departments.
